1. Agreement

By using Ananda, you agree to these Terms of Service. Ananda is operated by Alnilam LLC. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Not a Medical Service

Ananda is not a substitute for professional mental health care. Our resources are educational and community-based only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ananda. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not share your account with others.
• You may not create accounts using false information.
• You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@makemyananda.com.

5. Community Standards

Ananda is a safe space. When participating in peer circles, you agree not to:

• Post content that is harmful, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory
• Share another person's private information without consent
• Promote self-harm, suicide, or dangerous behaviors
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform

Violations may result in content removal or account suspension.

6. Your Content

You own the content you post. By posting, you grant Alnilam LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform. We will never sell or commercialize your personal posts.

You can delete your posts at any time.

7. Our Content

The Ananda platform, design, resources, and code are owned by Alnilam LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Third-Party Integrations

If you connect a third-party service (e.g., Oura Ring), your use of that service is governed by their terms. Ananda is not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

Ananda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free. We are not liable for any harm arising from your use of the platform or reliance on community content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alnilam LLC's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which for most users is $0, as Ananda is free).

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of material changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state where Alnilam LLC is registered.
